Supplemental Installation and Repair Services
If you prefer that your in-house system administrator maintain your infrastructure and simply require supplemental support, or you wish to be a pay-as-you-go client, then our Supplemental Installation and Repair Services are right for you.
Supplemental Installation and Repair is Designed to:
- Provide service during an absence of your in-house system administrator.
- Provide additional technical knowledge and expertise to your in-house system administrator.
- Provide additional capacity for your in-house system administrator.
- Provide support services for any client not covered by our eProActive Maintenance Plan.
If you are not a member of our Celeratec eProActive network, then the following rates apply to you. If you would prefer our lower rates listed above, consider a membership in our eProActive Network today and we will happily apply the above rates to any service performed in the last 60-days.
Trip Charge – $50.00
Desktop Support – $150/hr. Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm CST
$175/hr. All Other Times
$250/hr. Emergency Service
Server Support – $200/hr. Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm CST
$250/hr. All Other Times
$500/hr. Emergency Service
*Note – 1 hour minimum required for onsite service.
