What is the Celeratec eProActive Network?

Basically, the Celeratec eProActive Network is a managed service plan. Think of us as your IT Department. When you join the Celeratec eProActive Network, you become a part of our large maintenance and management system encompassing hundreds of machines. Once in the network, we can design, implement, manage, upgrade and maintain your entire technology infrastructure, provide you with detailed reports and react quickly to issues. 

When you sign up for a Celeratec eProActive plan, we:

  1. Provide ongoing proactive maintenance of your systems.
  2. Provide your company with priority over our non-eProActive clients.
  3. Provide your company with a discounted rate for service not covered by your plan.

Once we have installed the Celeratec eProActive Client onto your machines, our technicians can provide instant remote support to any machine. In addition to being able to provide your company with remote support at a moment’s notice, the eProActive client software also performs constant proactive maintenance and monitoring on your systems thus preventing any unnecessary problems. In the event that a problem is detected, a technician will be notified to correct the issue and may request permission to connect to your system remotely and resolve the issue before it becomes a major outage.

Our system does specialized SQL database monitoring, e-mail protection and management, network management, server maintenance, desktop support, performance monitoring, patch management, anti-virus updating, automated spyware removal, software deployment and much more.

Failure to apply the latest patches and updates to any system is the number one way a malicious entity, be it malware or a person, can compromise the system.
